Asset Management
GrayPointe Capital provides partners and clients with a broad array of asset management services, supplying the necessary expertise to protect and enhance the value of each asset. We offer a strategic planning orientation, meeting with clients to determine short and long term goals for each property, constantly seeking opportunity for value maximization and expense control. In addition to managing successful projects, we have worked with lenders as receiver of OREO property; resolving deferred maintenance issues and working to prepare the asset for a return to profitability and eventual sale.

GPC currently manages 2.1 million square feet of commercial space across 19 properties throughout Florida and North Carolina.
